Mail Forwarding from France

UBIDOCA provides you with a business address in France. You can give this address to your customers, your suppliers, the French Administration, etc. Our company also provides this service for individuals, especially people who used to live in France and want to keep a mailing address in our country.

We receive daily all postal mail addressed to you or your business in France: letters and packages / parcels.

We forward this mail daily, weekly or monthly to the latest international address that you have recorded in your customer profile. You can update your mail forwarding address over the Internet or simply call or email our customer service with that information and they will do the update for you.

You choose the shipping method: UPS, FedEx, DHL or regular priority mail.

Forwarding packages and parcels only

Receiving and forwarding packages is a service reserved to our mail customers. Mail management is our core business. Managing packages is only a side activity that we agree to perform under strict conditions, designed to prevent fraud and minimize storage in our offices :

You must subscribe to one of our basic mail forwarding packages (http://www.ubidoca.com/tarifs.php).
We need a copy of your passport.
We require that you pay 3 months of service as well as the money amount necessary to ship your first package. Minimum amount: 50 euros.
Your payment must be done by wire transfer. We do not accept credit card and PayPal payments for this service.
We need your forwarding address as soon as you register with us.

If one of the preceding conditions is not met when our staff receives a package for you, they will start charging storage fees on your account: 7 euros / week / package. Beyond 2 weeks of storage, your package will be returned to the sender.

How does this forwarding service work for you ?

You subscribe to one of our basic mail forwarding packages (http://www.ubidoca.com/tarifs.php).
You will immediately receive an email confirmation with your personal address in France.
As soon as we receive a package for you, you will be notified by email.
Your package is forwarded to you the same day as it is received, anywhere in the world, by priority mail.
If you want us to use a specific transporter (e.g. UPS, FedEx, etc.), please inform our staff before your package is received in our offices.
